- Leadership of a Bid Team to secure a Billing System implementation for leading South African mobile operator; successfully displacing the incumbent supplier.
- Management of the final phases of a £7 Million programme for the prime contractor responsible for the international roll out of an integrated Financial Services system to various business units of a major European multinational bank.
- Turnaround of a failing £45M Systems Integration Programme - part of a high profile Central Government Department's Transformational change programme.
- Management of a £20M Systems Integration EAI Programme for a major mobile operator, to enable their 2.5G wholesale billing and CRM operations and systems to converge with a new 3G Portal billing systems.
- Delivery of a $22M System to support the launch of a new Internet DSL Service Provider. This included a "fast-tracked" 100 day launch of their wholesale service from the requirements stage to implementation.
- Project Management of a £50M Government Agency Prince2 Project (part of a £150M Change Programme) to successfully bring it out of exception.
- Development of an IT Programme Recovery Strategy for a Global Telecoms Provider. At the request of the EMEA board we led a consultancy team to place the transformation programme on a firmer footing for delivery and recommend realistic options for its future.
- Turnaround of a delayed Wholesale Line Rental & Carrier Pre-select product launch for a major Telco service provider in order to protect a £236 Million revenue stream.
- Management of the Development Team within an international 250+ Man Programme successfully allowing Singapore's 2nd Mobile operator, launch its CRM, Billing, Mediation and Provisioning systems on time.
